The Universe Today : Globular Cluster M5

When you look at pictures of globular clusters you will normally see a concentration of white stars in the cluster.

We decided to take the M5 globular cluster and process it so you can see some of the rich colors that are visible in globular clusters.

In the picture below, the original telescope image is on the left and our processed image is on the right.
